Harry is a licensed Investment Advisor Representative of Alliance Wealth Strategies (AWS), a Registered Investment Advisory firm owned by Brown Edwards. Prior to joining AWS, he was an investment advisor for a large wealth advisory firm. He has assisted clients with their personal finances and also businesses and individuals with their retirement accounts/plans. In addition, Harry is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as a Principal of Brown Edwards.
Harry has a Bachelor and Master degrees in Accountancy from Virginia Tech. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants where he received the designation of Accreditation in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics. He has taught accounting at VA Tech as well as for the AICPA in business valuation and litigation and areas of taxation. He is also a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and carries a Series 65 investment license. He is involved in various civic organizations and is a former officiate for NCCA Basketball.
